Trampolining provides children with a strong foundation in movement and physical preparation required in all sports and everyday life. Whether you bounce on the trampoline, the double mini tramp or flip down the tumble track, the fundamental skills are the same and lead on to improving strength, flexibility, balance, co-ordination and an amazing awareness of where your body is in space. All in a positive, fun, safe environment!
