KinderGym is a  movement-based learning experience for young children (Walkers to 5 Years) and their parents or caregivers.

Children need as many opportunities as possible to optimise brain development and increase physical potential. KinderGym helps your kids build self-expression, confidence and motor skills!

KinderGym Programs are based on the four “F’s” Fun, Fitness, Friendship and Fundamentals. It teaches all the skills required for a variety of sports. Hosted & supervised by accredited Gymnastics Australia KinderGym coaches.

Classes are structured to develop kids socially, physically, emotionally and cognitively. Classes are themed each week of term with a unique and fun, kid friendly theme to inspire creativity and self-expression. KinderGym/AA sport classes require the parent/caregiver involvement during lessons to supervise and encourage the child’s participation.
